METO at the World Peace Congress

15 to 17 October 2021

METO is very pleased to be participating in the World Peace Congress in Barcelona and online in October 2021.  We will be hosting a workshop titled "Advancing towards a Middle East free of Weapons of Mass Destruction".

World Peace Congress, October 2021
Register

Just 50 days remain until we will meet in Barcelona and online to (re)imagine our world and take action for peace and justice.

We are getting very excited to celebrate this unique occasion with you all and to put our efforts together to not only talk about peace, but to create plans and take action together to create a better world. We are convinced that the World Peace Congress will be an important gathering of activists from around the world and a step on our path to creating a more peaceful and just future. Therefore, please make sure that you help us to spread the word about the Congress within your network and let your friends and colleagues know to register now!

Importantly, the Congress will be a hybrid event. Given the continued impact of the Covid-19 crisis, we are committed to ensuring that digital participants have the most interactive experience possible - in other words, we want the Congress to be more than “just another Zoom call”. Therefore, we are offering a digital platform that allows for meaningful connections and interaction of participants through discussion forums, digital networking sessions, recordings of sessions (for those in other time zones) and more!

If you cannot join us in-person, please consider participating online - after all, your voice is essential in our (re-)imagining of the world!
